Terms of Service & Guest Guidelines

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

Reservations confirmed through the Aanandham.go direct booking engine or authorized OTA channel partners (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip) are guaranteed upon receipt of full payment or authorized advance deposit. All room charges are billed under SAC 9963 and transport/safari services under SAC 9964 with applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

2. High-Altitude Wilderness & Terrain Advisory

Our sanctuaries and summit campsites are situated at elevations ranging between 5,500 ft and 7,130 ft above sea level in the Western Ghats.

• 4x4 Off-Road Transfers: Basecamp-to-summit ascent is strictly operated via authorized 4x4 mountain jeeps. Low-clearance private vehicles are strictly prohibited beyond designated roadhead parking.
• Health & Acclimatization: Guests with pre-existing cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, pregnant travelers, and infants under 2 years are advised to consult medical professionals prior to high-altitude ascent.

3. Wildlife Sanctuary & Environmental Code

To preserve fragile biodiversity and comply with Western Ghats forest buffer regulations:

• Loud music, amplified speakers, and fireworks are strictly prohibited after 09:00 PM.
• Campfires are managed strictly by trained camp hosts within designated safety fire pits.
• All single-use plastics are prohibited; guests are provided with filtered mountain spring water.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a 90% refund or 100% credit voucher valid for 12 months. In the event of government-mandated monsoon advisories or extreme weather road closures, full date rescheduling is granted without penalty fees.
